Start a journal and only ask the above 5 questions.
Keep writing everyday in this journal until you answer the questions exactly the same.
This process could take up to 30 days or longer.
The night before set up your alarm clock on the other side of the room.
Set out Pen and paper the night before.
Use the 5 second rule to ensure you do not go back to bed. You have 5 seconds before you start to think.
